We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spoken English Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of English language instruction, with a focus on speaking and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to help students improve their spoken English.
• Assess students’ speaking abilities, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Create interactive learning activities and exercises that focus on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and listening skills.
• Conduct regular assessments to track students’ progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel comfortable practicing English.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their learning needs.
• Engage in regular communication with students, parents, and faculty to ensure optimal student development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching spoken English, ESL, or a similar field.
• Strong command of the English language, with an emphasis on speaking and pronunciation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit different learning styles.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing classroom dynamics effectively.
• A degree or certification in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field is preferred.
