We suggest candidate to Join the organisation (Employer ) / Connect with
organisation (Employer ) based on their review and analysis, If they join the
organisation referred by Edudoor. He/She will be an employee of the hiring
Organisation (Employer) and will work under the sole management and direction of
the Organisation (Employer).Edudoor will be not responsible for any legal/Dispute
or any other Matter Between the Candidate and the Organisation (Employer) they
are Individually responsible and liable for their conduct.
Once You opt this Pay after hire services You understand and consent that in order
to facilitate the recruitment process on your behalf;We may forward your details to
Organisation (Employer). We will use reasonable endeavours to find a Suitable
appointment for you, But not taking the guarantee that employment will be
obtained. You understands that ultimate employment is solely based on the clients
(Employer ) decision.
You Understand and agree that edudoor does not make any representations or
guarantees about the positions and employment.Edudoor is only a connecting
Platform thus we are not responsible for Safety, Wages, Working Conditions, or any
other aspect of employment. Candidates are urged to perform due diligence in
researching employers when applying for or Accepting Employment.
We bring to the notice of all concerned that we do not charge / accept any amount
or security deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting
candidates for an Interview.
Pay After Hire Services Charges
Once You Opt this Pay after hire Services and got selected by any organisation
(Employer) referred by Edudoor in duration of 6 (Six) Month from the date of
referral and join that organisation.You understand and consent that to Pay 1st (first)
15 Days of salary of your Gross Monthly Salary decided by Employer(organisation)
to Us ( Edudoor ) as our services Charges. We Generate the Invoice after
completion of your 15 days from the date of Joining and you have to pay within 7
days of Invoice generation. We also authorise the concerned Organisation to
deduct Mentioned salary i.e 15 days of gross monthly salary and pay to us as our
services charges on behalf of you (Job seekers) referred by us.
You Become Liable to Pay once you joined the organisation and completed 15 days
duration. You Understand that If you are not paying after opting the services we
have right to take certain action against as per law of India applicable.
