Job Seeker are urged to perform due diligence in Researching employers when applying on Job Post / Connecting with recruiters and when Accepting Employment on www.edudoor.in. You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your employer account /Job Seeker Account or your account is terminated, all your account information from website www.edudoor.in , including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from website databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through website servers.

Employer is associated with all employer responsibility; Moreover, Edudoor does not conduct background check of candidate, Employer will conduct document verification, Background Check and Reference Checks of candidates for the Authentication of their Credential. Edudoor will be not responsible for any Legal/Dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organisation they are Individually responsible and liable for their conduct.
• Edudoor will not be liable for any loss, Injury, Damage, Expense or Delay Incurred or suffered by client arising directly or Indirectly from or In any way connected with the Introduction or Referral of a candidate.You agree not to share, copy or transmit to a third party any candidate data, Unless you have unambiguous evidence that the consent of the candidate to such transfer has been obtained. You agrees that no refund will be permitted in respect of services / product already provided and in accordance with the cancellation policy reflected in the relevant listing.www.edudoor.in is not responsible for click fraud, technological issues or other potentially invalid activity by third parties that may affect the system or Payment.

You agree that www.edudoor.in through its Site or Application would raise system generated invoice to the user in relation to the services for which the user has ordered or in relation to any kind of payment done, as per applicable laws. We will raise invoice for the above which shall be inclusive of all applicable Taxes.
