1) Generating Offer letters post verifying and multiple checks and rolling out the offer letters to the employees who travel on US assignments short-term and long-term assignments 2) Helping employees with the required documents and processes they need to follow post-landing in the US 3) Collecting all the required documents from the employees required to onboard them and following up on the missing documents and filing the employee documents in employee folders 4) Ensuring employees have landed in the US safely and taking care of their requirements till they settle down in the US 5) Ensuring deboarding formalities are explained to the employees returning from the US post completing their projects and helping the employees with exit formalities 6) Creating employee records in the SAP HR database and updating them on a timely basis 7) Pulling the data from SAP and other databases to provide ad-hoc reports to the management as and when required as per the requirements 8) Processing Expense reports submitted by the employees in the tool by verifying all the hard copies and supporting documents 9) Processing end-to-end US Payroll twice a month in ADP Pay force and sending payslips to employees and resolving employee queries on their Pay slips 10) Responding to employee queries daily on their queries related to Pay slips, salaries, and expense reports 11) Providing MIS Reports as and when required and working on Monthly reports to provide them to the management before the deadlines 12) Auditing and Processing Expense Reports, Posting Manual journals, Time Vendor bills, and accruals, and assisting employees in submitting the expense reports in the tools and providing reports as per defined frequency 13) Providing Monthly reports for defaulters of Policy while submitting expense reports and providing analysis of auto-approved expense reports 14) Providing defined reports on a Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly basis for the above-mentioned processes.
